Easy Returns and Exchanges? Yes! *
In just 2 easy steps!
1-Just email us within 3 days of the delivery date...
2-Then just send the item back to us, postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Buyer assumes all of the shipping costs of the item being returned. We do hope you understand that the timelines must be met to qualify.
Returns
Our return policy is 7 days from the delivery date, on non-personalized/customized items. We do understand that life happens… if extenuating circumstances beyond your control caused the delay, please let us know, and we’ll help if we can:)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Customized/Personalized Items
- Gift cards
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (This should already be in our records from your order)
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, just follow the steps above to return the item, and let us know in the email about the exchange. Go ahead and purchase the new item, and then as soon as we get the return and confirm eligibility, we’ll credit the account/payment form used for the original purchase.
Exchanges must meet Return criteria noted above.
Refunds (if applicable)
* If you purchase an item that has been personalized, the item will only be subject to a refund if it is damaged when it arrives to you or if there was a mistake on my part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the eligibility and status of your refund/return.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days (it can take additional time for credits to show up on your account, depending on the speed of your payment provider).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It's not possible for us to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
